In the field trial mancozeb spray resulted in minimum Alternaria blight disease severity (20.00%) followed by tebuconazole (31.47%), copper oxychloride (44.27), captafol (44.80%), saaf (48.27%), Azadirachtin (54.33%) and neem oil (56.00%) while in control it was 73.00 per cent. Maximum yield (1930.35 kg/ha) was recorded in mancozeb sprayed plots followed by tebuconazole (1562.90 kg/ha), copper oxychloride (1459.26 kg/ha), captafol (1304.83 kg/ha), saaf (1166.05 kg/ha), Azadirachtin (918.63 kg/ha), neem oil (994.57 kg/ha) and minimum was obtained in untreated control (532.61 kg/ha). It was also observed that Maximum spore inhibition was acheived by mancozeb (3.97%) and tebuconazole (5.50%) at 150 ppm concentration followed by copper oxychloride (6.83%), captafol (11.33%) and saaf (14.33%), respectively.
