Abstract

Trickle fertigation studies conducted on Okra have revealed that the crop performs better in terms of growth dynamics parameters as compared to conventionally grown crop. The trickle fertigation also results in marginal yield improvement over conventionally grown Okra when split doses of fertilizers are applied. Substantial fertilizer saving (50 per cent) is possible through trickle fertigation.
