The soil amendment with mustard cake in different ratios and burial at 0, 5 and 10 cm depths was effective in reducing the viability of sclerotia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, significantly. The treatment of sclerotia with bio-agents like Trichoderma harzianum and T viride resulted in loss of their viability and apothecial formation after two months of the treatment.
