The effect of Dormex, crop regulation, stem girdling and GA3 application on fruit quality improvement and cold storage life of grapes cv. Perlette was studied. The flower bud thinning (60%) + Girdling (4mm) + GA3 (40ppm) dip twice was found to be very effective treatment in advancing fruit maturity and improving fruit quality in terms of berry weight, total soluble solids and reducing sugars. However, the treatment combination of Dormex + girdling showed maximum bunch weight (345 g) and fruit yield (15.5 Kg) but differences were non significant as compared to the control. The total soluble solids, acidity and sugars increased with the increase of storage days from 14 to 21 days. The physiological loss in weight, berry shatter and berry rot were the lowest in treatment of flower bud thinning (60%) + girdling (4mm) and GA3 (40ppm) dip twice. All these three parameters showed increase with prolonging of storage period from 14 to 21 days.
