Adrenal cyst is a rare disease that represents approximately 5% of discovered adrenal lesions. They are discovered accidentally during evaluation of non-specific abdominal pain or during autopsy. We report a case of adrenal cyst in a 20-year female who presented with a palpable mass in the abdomen.
