Scrotoschisis is a rare congenital anomaly in which there is defect in scrotal sac with exteriorisation of testes and other associated structures. Only few cases of scrotoschisis have been reported in the literature. We have come across with the rarest combination of scrotoschisis with penoscrotal hypospadias with severe chordee and low anorectal malformation. No case has been reported with this combination.
