Professionalism and Ethics: Narrating an Encounter to Bolster the Concepts

Concepts of Professionalism and Ethics (P&E) and their introduction in the undergraduate curriculum is currently the dream of every medical educationist. With the D-day approaching quite fast, ways are being looked for, for the smooth introduction and implementation of P&E curriculum and its incorporation within the existing time frame. Ever imagined, the very scenario can give sleepless nights to some medical educationists, while it can be the vision of the dreams for some others. They can visualise the build-up for the conceptualisation of ideas of P&E even in their dreams. Here, we are narrating one such dream; visualised, conceptualised and debriefed by all the authors in the form of a discussion in various threads during an online session of faculty development program and summarised later. All the characters appearing in abbreviated forms in this narrative should be assumed to be fictitious.
