Efforts have been made to manage charcoal rot of sesame caused by Macrophomina phaseolina. Results indicated that all the treatments were significantly different from control. The most effective treatment was the combination of mancozeb (100 ppm), soil application of bioagents viz., native isolate of Trichoderma viride (10 g/kg of soil) and Pseudomonas fluorescens (20 ml/kg of soil) significantly reduced disease incidence (10.67%) and enhanced plant growth components.
