Growth parameters in late sown rainfed wheat as influenced by seed priming and foliar applied growth regulators.

A field study was conducted at Regional Research Station, Malan, CSK Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University to study the effect of different growth regulators on growth parameters in late sown rainfed wheat (Triticum aestivum). The growth regulators improved the emergence count, tillers/m′ and leaf area index. Plant height, dry matter accumulation and crop growth rate were also significantly influenced due to seed priming and foliar application with growth regulators.
