Abstract

Postmortem examination of a wild fox (Vulpus vulpus) revealed the presence of a large number of medium sized cestodes in the small intestine identified as Mesocestoides sp. While Physaloptera sp. were recovered from stomach, Sarcoptes sp. mites were identified from non-hairy portion of skin.
