Abstract

Chrysomyia megacephala is a serious myiasis producing pest of livestock. The fungus, Beauveria bassiana was tested for its entomopathogenicity against larvae of Chrysomyia amegacephala. Oil suspensions of B. bassiana was found to be highly virulent in causing 100% mortality than aqueous suspensions.
