Notoedric acariosis caused by Notoedres cati was reported in cats with clinical signs of pruritus, intense itching and crust formation. The infested cats were treated with two injections of doramectin @ 200 μg kg−1 body weight at weekly intervals. The condition was effectively controlled with complete clinical recovery and absence of mites in skin scrapings.
