Therapeutic management of notoedric mange in rabbits

Abstract

Notoedric mange infested rabbits showed itching, alopecia and thickened skin. All infested rabbits were treated successfully with ivermectin @ 400 μg/kg body weight and complete recovery of skin texture was observed between 10–14th day post-treatment.
