A case of concurrent infection of Babesia bigemina and Theileria annulata was diagnosed in Holstein Friesian cow presented at Large Animal Clinics, GADVASU, Ludhiana (Punjab) by routine Giemsa stained blood smear examination and was successfully treated with diminazene aceturate and halofuginone.
