Isolation and evaluation of Arthrobotrys oligospora of buffalo origin against gastrointestinal nematodes of sheep in Rajasthan

Predacious fungus, Arthrobotrys oligospora isolated locally from fresh faecal samples of buffalo from semi arid zone of Rajasthan was screened for its ability to survive passage through the gastrointestinal tract of sheep. Although fungus showed excellent trapping ability on agar medium, it lacked ability to survive the gut passage.
