Examination of ectoparasites of bats collected from Agasthiyamalai biosphere reserve of Western Ghats of Tamilnadu revealed the occurrence of winged fly Strebla vespertilionis, wingless fly Nycteribia pedicularia and a mite Chiroptonyssus robustipes in the tropical fruit bats Pteropus giganteus.
