A human female patient was presented to the clinic with the complaint of intermittently passing dark-coloured larvae in the urine. The patient was not having any discomfort related to the larvae in urine. Cystoscopy did not reveal any abnormalities, including larvae in the bladder. The artefacts found in urine samples were analysed in the laboratory and identified as the larvae of Clogmia albipunctata. The patient was advised to improve the personal hygiene and use a hygienic toilet. Uneventful recovery was observed after 15 days.
