Abstract

The present investigation was carried for analysis of pesticide residues of endosulfan and chlorpyrifos in samples of poultry tissues (muscle, liver, fat and kidney) and eggs collected fromdistrict US Nagar and respective sub-centers of the district of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The analysis was carried out by using reverse phase HPLC. There were significant residual concentrations of chlorpyrifos and endosulfan, in the sample type collected from said district of Uttarakhand.
