Present study was conducted for evaluation of antioxidant potential of methanolic extracts of Emblica officinalis in Wistar rat at the dose rate of 200 mg. kg-1 following oral gavage administration and measured haematological profiles. Emblica officinalis extracts caused an apparent increase in haemoglobin (13.02±0.386), which was non significantly higher than antigen control (10.29±0.252 ).Total leucocytes count was found (10253.333±626.746) higher in Emblica officinalis as compared to control (6186.7±1208.98) and found significant variation. Lymphocyte count was also increases Emblica officinalis and reveals significant change with control. The above finding showed haematological booster activity of extracts and reduced oxidative stress.
