Tribal education is seriously challenging hard-core thing in India. There are merely 58% of tribal literate people. Almost 90% of tribal people are settled in rural areas, but they have daunting issues like proper nutrition, unhygienic atmosphere, lack of basic education, language problem, etc. Of all these problems, education has become a major fiasco. Although the government and state government of Jammu and Kashmir have launched different schemes, programmes and scholarships relating to education, it still seems a distant dream. Our study areas Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir falls pretty low in literacy rank rate, we use secondary data of literacy rate from various sources.
