Now-a-days, library website plays a vital role in dissemination of information. Well organised updated contents on library website helps in easy retrieval of information. Thus, evaluation of library website is essential. This study has evaluated library website of Banaras Hindu University Library Website (BHULW). Five webometric techniques were used to evaluate the library website of BHULW on 14th March 2018. These are Web Indicators, Web Analyzer Test Score, Web Impact Factor (WIF), Revised Web Impact Factor (RWIF), over all Web Impact Factor (OWIF). Out of 105 Web Indicators, 59 (56%) are available and 46 (44%) are missing from BHULW. Site beam is used as Web Analyzer. It has 26 tests and each test has 10 score. Out of 26 Web Analyzer Test Score, BHULW has scored the highest in 10 tests namely the amount of content, mobile, social interest, etc. The total score of Web Analyzer Test Score is 120.1 out of 260. BHULW has WIF score as 1.089, RWIF score as 0.0535 and OWIF score as 1.036 respectively. Thus, the total score of all the five evaluative techniques is 181.3 and the Mean score is 36.3. The study will be helpful to the librarians in evaluating their library website. The study concluded with some valuable suggestions that broken or duplicate links should be avoided. This will improve the rank of the library website. The library website should be tested on regular intervals. Approval for updating of library website process should be easy.
