Abstract

Medical libraries have played a great role in the interaction of civilizations. A large amount of information is being generated every moment in the world. Knowledge is power and Libraries are the storehouses of this power in the form of books and other health support reading materials. Medical College Libraries are the repository of information full of books and other literary resources. Electronic resources consist of books, journals, newspapers, theses, databases, etc. the emergence of e-resources has affected the traditional functions of the Medical Science libraries. This paper discuss about the Impact, Collection and Usage, Purpose and frequency of medical information electronic resources
