This article gives an insight into the lives of the library users and working style of library professionals during this COVID-19 pandemic. It discuses various problems faced by researchers to find reliable information during this period. It unfolds different standard operating procedures (SOPs) followed by libraries. Moreover, the paper throws light on how COVID-19 has changed the pattern of working style of library and information professionals with exploration of the new digital resources and services to help users’ community easily, conveniently and pin-pointedly.
