GCPL is a 115 year young company. It has got “objectivity” and “integrity” in its performance and the governance is free from conflicts. With such strong value base and attitude, it is comparatively easier to implement good practices in the company. It is the first FMCG Company in India to adopt the “Theory of Constraints” by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt and, over a period of time, it has gained higher maturity levels. Day-in and day-out, we at GCPL's Supply Chain are doing lot of value additions and it has proven effectiveness over a period of time and we feel very proud of owning it.
