This paper aims at empirically investigating the moderating role of employee's cultural values on teamwork satisfaction on organisational commitment. The literature has shown that culture influences behavioural attitude and levels of satisfaction and commitment differs across cultural groups. How culture influences the relationship of the two constructs that is teamwork satisfaction and organisational commitment has not been adequately examined. The re search methodology advances through six basic steps. The several hypotheses formulated have been validated in a large telecom company operating in India having uniform human resource practices. It is established that cultural values do moderate relationship between team working satisfaction and organizational commitment. The outcomes are oriented towards improving organisational performance through effective HRD interventions.
