In the present study, an attempt has been made to study parential education and perception of socioemotional climate of the school by high school students of Jammu Region. The study was carried out on a sample of 400 (250 boys and 150 girls) from ten schools situated in rural and urban areas were selected randomly subjects of Jammu District. The data was collected through SESCI Dr. (Mrs.) Renuka Kumari Sinha and Mrs. Rajni Bhargava. Major objectives of the study to find out the difference in the perception of students with different levels of their father' s education with respect to (i) Social climate of the school (ii) Emotional climate of the school (iii) Socio-emotional of the school. 2 To find out the difference in the perception of students with different levels of their mother' s education with respect to (i) Social climate of the school (ii) Emotional climate of the school (iii) Socio-emotional climate Statistical technique of analysis of variance was used. The results of the investigation reveal that Students with different levels of their father' s education do not differ significantly as regards their perception of social and emotional climate of the school. However, students with different levels of their father' s education differ significantly as regards their perception of total socio-emotional climate of the school
