Adolescence is a period when a person goes through many emotional conflicts and confusions. Life for many young people is a painful tug of war filled with mixed messages and conflicting demands from parents, teachers, coaches, friends and oneself. There are many studies focusing causes of stress but a few provide practical measures to deal with stress. Training package for stress management (TPSM) among adolescent students was prepared to provide practical solution to adolescent stress. Moreover, there is no such validated package for stress management among adolescents in India. So, the present study was taken up. It was a biphasic study. The first phase dealt with the preparation of TPSM and the second phase dealt with the validation of TPSM.
