Data Mining is a kind of knowledge Retrieval or discovery. Data mining is a kind of method which is responsible for the analyzing and retrieval of data from various storage systems and finalize and also summarizing into useful content or information. Web Data Mining is actually nothing but the retrieval of data and similar facet from the World Wide Web or from any online systems. Fundamentally Web Data Mining (WDM) is the application of data mining from the web which includes data from the web documents, hyperlinks between documents usage lots of website and other places. This paper describes about the Web Data Mining its characteristics, benefits including application of Web Data Mining in the educational field.
