The present survey is about managing conflict by the Library Professionals in Central University Libraries in Delhi with their superiors, peers and subordinates. It is found that the library professionals of ZHL prefer obliging, while dealing with superiors and integrating is being utilized most by the respondents while dealing with the peers and subordinates. It is concluded that in DULS and JNUL the most adopted method for managing conflict is integrating, while in ZHL the preference of library professionals is obliging.
