This paper discusses about Library 2.0. In Library 2.0 users’ participation is a must where the users can participate in designing of the library services. They can give their feedback and suggestions for the improvement of the library as a whole. It also discusses the situation of the libraries here in Shillong whether they are ready to become a Library 2.0 or not.
