Prescriptive/Diagnostic Assessment of Information Literacy Competency of Science, Engineering and Technology Students of Higher Education Institutions in Delhi

Lots of information is available, but finding this information, retrieving and using it effectively is a big challenge that the students face at university level. Assessment of information literacy competency of such students needs to be done, before the development of information literacy training module for them, to find the baseline of their information literacy competency.
