The researcher has analyzed data on Information Literacy collected from different sources. 3901 articles were found from 1981 to 2010. The analysis shows trends in publication have increased from 2003 onwards. Foreign authors are more in number than Indian author. Journals are most favoured category of researchers. Single author contributes 61.55% articles and out of 3901 articles 385 articles are on Information Literacy in Higher Education. 3901 articles are published in 23 international languages.
