The study examined the availability and utilization of information and communication technology resources for distance education students at Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, Nigeria. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 200 students from each of the five schools in the college. Questionnaire was used as the main instrument for gathering of data. The findings of the study revealed that mobile phones and the Internet were the most available ICT resources used by the students. Also, majority of the students used the ICT resources to enhance their academic performance and power failure was identified as the main problem facing the use of ICT resources. Recommendation was basically on the need for the college authority to create adequate awareness on the need for the students to embrace the use of ICTs resources in their studies.
