Early Childhood education prepares a solid base for higher and formal education. If the primary education is given in a proper and scientific way, the problem of wastage and stagnation will be reduce. During the age of primary education, the child needs emotional support by his family especially mother. If the mother is very much efficient and aware of her child's education, the child will progress in every area of his life. In this study an attempt has been made to see the relationship between educational awareness of mothers and academic achievement of the children.
