By knowing the physical constant values of such as diamagnetic molar susceptibilities (ϰm × 10−6 of various organic ester compounds from literature. We made a correlation between these values with the evaluation of computer programming package of effective quantitative softness parameters of G. Klopman equation of HSAB principle as a comprehensive approach for describing the activity of organic esters compounds. The software has been used in the study of the present work are spetran'06 and global softness package.
