In Indian society, Dalit have always been backward, neglected and exploited. It has been because of the social condition of Dalits and there Deprivation of the opportunity for economic and Educational development. But they have been awakened by the Initiation of Modern Era, Liberal Education system, the availability at political democratic right and the Opportunities of Jobs for Dalits, provisioned by the Government. The opportunities to participate in political activities has given them most powerful dimension. Today in U.P. Dalit are not merely voter but emerging as powerful leadership. It is much interesting and worth investigating. The present articles is a short commentary and analysis in this regard.
