Bio-pesticides including the leaf extracts (10%) of Adenocalyma alliaceum, Azadirachta indica and Lawsonia inermis talc formulations (0.4%) ot Trichoderma viride and Pseudomonas fluorescens were evaluated under pot culture and field condition along with fungicides against anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum lindemuthianum The highly susceptible cv. Watex received the seed treatment plus foliar spray on 30 DAS with aqueous leaf extracts of L. inermis (10%) significantly improved the seedling emergence, reduced the disease incidence, increased the yield and grain weight than seed treatment alone. The resultant seeds were found to be free from seed infection under blotter method. The botanicals tried were proved to be better than T. viride, Pseudomonas fluorescens and the fungicides.
