The efficacy of different treatments on soil inhabiting and aerial natural enemy fauna in chickpea crop was studied at ICRlSAT. Patancheru, India during 1998–99 post rainy season. Endosulfan 0.07 per cent had profound effect on soil inhabiting and aerial natural enemies to a tune of 40 and 45 per cent over control respectively followed by neem, which recorded 8 and 15 per cent respectively. IPM is adjudged as the best treatment in conserving the natural enemy fauna, apart from effective management of Helicoverpa armigera.
