The study was conducted to see the effect of insect infestation on the B Vitamins (riboflavin, niacin and thiamine) and minerals (Calcium, Phosphorus and Iron) content of three legumes viz., chickpea, mung bean and pigeon pea stored for six months. With increase in storage period, B Vitamins decreased significantly (P<0.5) whereas calcium, phosphorus and iron content increased.
