Abstract

An experiment was conducted during summer season of 1997 and 1998 revealed that liming upto both 25% lime requirement (25% LR) and 50% lime requirement (50% LR) increased significantly yield attributing characters, pod yield and oil yield of groundnut. However, application of 25% LR had a lead for almost aU the yield attributes and yield. Significant increase in yield attributes and yield were noted upto 50 kg P2O5/ha only.
