Investigations were carried out on seasonal incidence of gram pod borer, Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) on greengram during kharif, 2008 at College Farm, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh. The pest appeared with population density of 0.34 larvae per plant during 4th week after sowing (31st standard week) and reached to a peak of 3.42 larvae per plant in 37th standard week (10th week after sowing). Among the weather parameters, minimum temperature (r= -0.557) and evening relative humidity (r=-0.583) exhibited highly significant negative correlation with the gram pod borer population. Rest of the weather parameters were nonsignificantly correlated with the pest population.
