Climate change is no longer a future problem. It has become a ‘NOW’ problem. As we have recently witnessed the devastating effects of the changing climate in many parts of the Globe due to an increase in the anthropogenic activities of humans. There is an urgent need to handle this situation and control the greenhouse gas emissions in a very sensible and thoughtful way. Changing climate has not only affected the human population but has also affected animals, plants, quality of the soil, air and water. This review focuses on what is climate change? What is its impact? And how can we mitigate climate change? Our actions of today will impact the future of coming generations. As individuals, everyone can do their bit of saving the Earth, switching to eco-friendly ways and making it sustainable for future generations.
