Mass spectrometry has immerged in the field of analysis. Charge completion is a challenge while handling the electro spray ionisation (ESI) process. In this phenomenon at higher concentration of linear dynamics, area of higher standards decreases because of the saturation of response. During the in house method development of 3TC, charge completion was evident. The implications for quantitative mass-spectrometry analysis and possibilities for effectively extending the dynamic range of ESI measurements on the analysis of 3TC are discussed further.
