Management is the process of dealing with or controlling things or people. Management consists of the interlocking functions of creating corporate policy and organising, planning, controlling and directing an organisation's resources to achieve the objectives of that policy. With the proper management any task will be successfully executed and completed in assigned time frame. Management does work at bench level to the top. This literature will correlate management with the laboratory functions to guide for successful implementation of lab functions and organise it.
