The empirical study aims to explore relationships between learning organization dimensions and perceived performance improvement within Malaysian owned MSC status organizations. Its findings generally support claims that learning organization can be easily able to improve performance. On the whole, the findings of this study provided comprehensive empirical information for human resource development scholars and practitioners pertaining to the significance of a learning culture and its impact on financial and knowledge performance improvement.
