Cross cultural differences among learners are important factors that need be taken into account while planning programmes for multi-cultural groups. Once such information is available teaching-learning processes can be designed that would minimize any wasteful expenditure on this account. It is not intended to make far reaching changes in structure, content and pedagogy of learning process but only to suggest to reorient learning processes according to the needs of individual learners identified according to their learning capabilities individually or in groups, with a view to make entire management education more inclusive. In a cross-cultural organization, it is not assumed that cross-cultural diversity levels will remain the same, but as learners become culturally alike, need for multiple teaching methodologies may eventually vanish. Content structure and curriculum design thus needs to be more individualistic in accordance with individual and group needs. In this paper, it is attempted to review culture related factors that impact on individual learning capabilities in management education in terms of design of curriculum and content structures.
