Abstract

Recent decades have seen significant changes in human resource architecture. Traditionally, HR managers have been discharging only routine responsibilities connected with human resources but quite often not significantly involved in any strategic decision making. In today's business environment, no resource is viewed more important than human resource. In this paper, it has been attempted to arrive at suitable operational norms within a balanced scorecard framework. This apart from streamlining day-to-day operations under a dynamic work culture may also facilitate its transformation into a passionate organization wherein everyone feels passionately driven to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
