Media and its Impact on the Digital Economy of India

Abstract

In the presented research paper, many benefits of digital economy have been told to the society while battling the current challenges by the media. Due to which the general public is also feeling comfortable in adopting digital innovation in their lives, keeping a positive attitude towards the digital economy. It is very difficult to imagine a digital economy in a country like India but a lot of efforts have been made by the government for the development of this sector. But in the absence of media, it would have been very difficult to reach it to the general public. Media has done a commendable job of taking the digital revolution to the masses through its medium. In the present paper, attention has been drawn to the effects of media on the digital economy, that as much as the government has made commendable efforts in this direction, the same amount of effort has been made by the media to publish it and reach the last public, the government’s inclusiveness.

The present paper specifically points towards the work, publication, impact and responsibility of media. Sometimes the media has also been found to be misguided. This has been pointed out in the present paper. The present paper points towards fair publication of the digital economy of the media. The study data and information of the present research paper is based on secondary sources.

Development would have remained incomplete in the absence of media. The work of inspiration in the digital economy has been made possible only through the media. In view of the present scenario, the utility, importance and role of media is increasing continuously. The work of bringing the digital economy to the masses can be made possible only by the media.
