Mobile Phone users’ satisfaction: A comparative analysis

Information is the backbone or lifeblood of every organization or human beings for making effective decisions. In the modern world, all the activities are done with the help of the information. Communication is the most important aspect of life. Nowadays, many tools are used by the people to share or communicate the information. The mobile phone is an important device for communication in the present era. This plays a very important role in the development of culture. There are many service providers providing mobile phone services. It is very difficult for the users to select the best mobile phone service provider. Further, it is necessary to consider various factors which will influence the users to choose their mobile phone service provider. In this present study, an attempt is made to analyze the factors influencing the mobile phone users to select a particular mobile phone service provider, mobile phone users’ satisfaction and problems faced by the mobile phone users.
