The fairer sex everywhere around the world is not treated on par with men. Gender imbalances are more prominent in North Karnataka compared to other districts of the state. The invisible female voice could be perhaps made heard by enhancing their access to information. Hence, this study looks into media access and power enrichment in two dissimilar districts of North Karnataka.
